The seat of KEK EEE finds in Piraeus (350 t.m.), in a complete equipped building. The rooms of teaching have capacity of 100 individuals per shift.

Also, it allocates completely equipped anneces: in Serres (350 t.m.), with capacity of rooms of teaching of 97 individuals per shift, in Salonica (250 t[m.) with capacity of rooms of teaching of 50 individuals per shift and in Chios (350 t.m.) with capacity of rooms of teaching of 75 individuals per shift.

In the all building installations of KEK EEE function Internet Cafe, electronic libraries, day nursery and spaces of exercising and entertainment. Also, exist completely equipped administrative spaces as well as spaces Accompanying and Supporting Services. All these spaces are in the disposal of instructors and educated the institution aiming at the benefit of completed energies and services of training.
